About Salon 1560
We've been in downtown Fairfield since 2012, during which, owner Victoria was awarded the Women In Business award, built the salon out into the community, and have done hundreds of heads of hair.
Our Team respects the craft and artistry of hairdressing. Within each haircut, color, keratin, updo and luminous set of highlights, lies an artistic message we've been honing, adapting, and changing through our respective careers.

Our Artistic Stylists
Victoria is a third-generation legacy hairdresser and educator, with over thirty years of experience creating big smiles from behind the chair.
She was the recipient of the first annual Women in Business award from the State of Connecticut in 2013.
Victoria's creativity in color and design sets her work apart from the rest. Victoria whips up catwalk looks then turns them into sidewalk styles. You know those really on trend looks that are workable, wearable, and compliment magnets?
That's Victoria’s signature. We call it head-turning hair and you want in.
A graduate of Boston College, Victoria will hold a conversation with you over virtually any topic you find interesting: history, interior design, philosophy, hair trends, recipes (that're sure make your friends' mouths water) -- to name a few areas of expertise.
She holds a degree from Leon’s Institute of Hair Design, and has accumulated over twenty years of Redken Artist Trainings and Redken Color and Design certifications.
At a young age, stylist and hair artist Rachel DiCostanzo knew she wanted to be a hairdresser. She began making her dream a reality early, and by high school, was working and learning the craft in various salons in Southern Connecticut.
Rachel's mission statement is, "to make people have a great day, by giving them great hair."
In 2010, Rachel graduated from Total Look Academy and has continued her education by attending cutting courses at the Redken Exchange in NYC. Rachel is certified in Redken, Wella, Joico, Paul Mitchell and L'Oreal. She can also give you a head of extensions, as she's certified in Perfectress Hair Extensions and tape wefts.
She excels at transforming unruly hair into smooth, shiny strands, and is an expert in Global Keratin, a process that helps tame your hair and cuts your home-care regiment in half.
Rachel is the type of stylist that will make you laugh and look great during your time at Salon 1560.
Fairfield native Eva Osvay loves making her clients feel great about themselves. She loves to see your smile after she's done your hair and she's been collecting smiles and creating great looks since 1998.
Eva she graduated from the National Academy of Hairdressing in 1998 and has continued her education at the Redken Exchange on 5th Ave in NYC, at Graham Webb Academy in Washington D.C. and at Wella in SoHo.
Eva's skillset is not limited to hair, and she has continued her education in makeup and nails through Sebation Trucco and Young Blood Cosmetics.
Eva is a mom of two (well, four, if you count her fur-babies Oz and Domino), and loves making her clients happy and ready to take on the world.
