Salon 1560 has been in business in Fairfield Center since 2011. We are located across the street from the Fairfield University bookstore, and right next to Mike’s Pizza and The Pantry.
We are a small boutique style salon and pride ourselves on catering to each guest’s individuality.
We are so thankful to provide a controlled and clean environment. As a team, we are committed to giving the best experiences, environment, and customer service to YOU.
We are family owned and have been blessed with the opportunity to work out of this space (on-and-off) since 1960.
Our team members have a deep passion for education, the beauty industry, and creating the best looks! We continue to use Redken color and have a variety of curated styling products.

Meet Our Stylists
Victoria Vitale
Victoria is a third-generation legacy hairdresser and educator, with over thirty years of experience creating big smiles from behind the chair.
She was the recipient of the first annual Women in Business award from the State of Connecticut in 2013.
Victoria's creativity in color and design sets her work apart from the rest and has accumulated over thirty years of Redken Artist Trainings and Redken Color and Design certifications. Victoria is also skilled and seasoned in cutting and masterful updos.
Eva Osvay
Eva Osvay loves to make her clients happy and ready to take on the world.
She has twenty years of behind the chair experience and has continued her education at Graham Webb Academy in Washington D.C., Wella in SoHo and Redken 5th Ave.
Eva specializes in razor cutting, color matching, updos and haircuts for men and women.
Charity Palamara
Charity is a proud fourth-generation, left-handed hairstylist!
She specializes in dimensional brunettes and redheads, low maintenance/high impact blondes. Charity loves to hear that you love your haircut, and takes time to listen and understand what you’re looking for. She puts her heart and hard work into every client that sits in her chair.
Charity is a graduate of Salve Regina University, a lifelong learner, and an avid reader. When she’s not at work, Charity enjoys laughing with friends and family, doing yoga, and is sure to always have a coffee nearby.

Aisha Kaneez
Aisha is our resident eyebrow expert.
She is detail oriented, exceptionally skilled with over ten years of experience, and will give you the best eyebrows of your life!
Threading, waxing, coloring: these are only a few of her amazing skills in the salon. She is an absolute pleasure. She has adapted her skillset through the pandemic, and easily performs all services masked, by using a hoop and thread to sculpt and shape her clients eyebrows.
Aliza Noelle
Aliza has been Voted Best of The Knot for three years running! She is our resident bridal stylist, passionate about beauty and dedicated to customer service. As a working artist in the beauty industry for over 10 years, she’s been trained by the best, and treats every client like a celebrity.
Her mission is that each and every client looks and feels like the most beautiful version of themselves.
